Barbara Neil reappointed to CHS Board

Natalie Don-Innes, Minister for Children, Young People and The Promise, has approved the reappointment of Barbara Neil as a member of the Children’s Hearings Scotland Board.

Barbara is a Lead Practitioner at a social care developer and provider, where she supports people who are experiencing social issues such as homelessness, addictions, complex PTSD, depression and domestic violence.

Care experienced

Barbara has personal experience of Scotland’s care system and has practised as a Panel Member for North Ayrshire.
