CHS publishes first annual Impact Report

This year, we've published our first annual Impact Report (for 2017-18) which recognises the amazing contribution the CHS community makes to the Children’s Hearings System.

Throughout 2017 and 2018, we achieved much. Our Impact Report aims to recognise this; from the recruitment, training and support of our Panel Members, to how we’ve collaborated with children and young people to improve the way we work and to help us better understand our role and its impact upon their lives. And of course, those Panel Members themselves, who give their time because they care about making a difference in their local communities. They do this by listening to and making decisions with and on behalf of Scotland’s most vulnerable children and young people.

Volunteering is central to the ethos of the Children’s Hearings System and we wouldn’t be CHS without everyone who has contributed to the work we do. Thank you for the impact that you make.
